I'm Erica a D.C. wedding photographer, with two young children, and a love for organization. Welcome to my small space on the internet where I can share with you special sessions, real weddings, and even little looks into my everyday life. Take a look around, and thanks for stopping by!
Catherine and Johnny couldn’t have picked a more perfect Virginia Beach wedding venue for their day—simply classic and timeless. It was important to the couple for their guests to enjoy a relaxed day without a lot of driving around, and having both the ceremony and reception at The Cavalier Beach Club definitely provided that experience for them!
I absolutely love every time a past wedding couple chooses to have anniversary session in celebration of completing their first year as husband & wife! With the first traditional gift for the first anniversary being paper, a portrait session, resulting in beautiful photographic prints, is the perfect gift! (hint, hint) Using these photos to update any wall gallery along side your wedding images is a great anniversary gift idea!
Guys, this november day was just amazing with light! Normally my favorite day to shoot at Libby Hill Park is an overcast. I mean which photographer doesn’t love an overcast day? BUT this mid-November day was warm, beautiful, and full sun beautiful!
The Wynn family is back for another year of family mini sessions. This is my second year getting to photograph handsome Jack and his parents as he grows. I love getting the chance to watch so many littles grow up year after year through these mini sessions.
The Kiser Family is the start to a vary full mini session schedule for 2020 and I am so happy that our starting location is Libby Hill!
Karli and Nate had to plan their wedding date a few times thanks to covid this year, but that didn’t slow them down one bit. Originally Karli had planned her dream wedding for her family’s land in the beautiful rolling hills of Hillsville, Virginia on a warm May afternoon, but as the Covid infection number rose so did the couples concern for their elderly family members that lived on the property.
Elise & Bryan were married on one of the loveliest fall days in September, and I was so happy to capture their amazing wedding day! No detail was spared from the intricately thought out wedding invitations to the watercolor graphics of the reception.
2020 has become my year of returning couples for pregnancies. Jamie and Josh are my third returning couple to share with me their joyous news. I first met Jamie and Josh for their engagement portraits back in 2017 at Tuckahoe.
