2020 has become my year of returning couples for pregnancies. Jamie and Josh are my third returning couple to share with me, their joyous news. I first met Jamie and Josh for their engagement portraits back in 2017 at Tuckahoe. Since them I have got to photograph this amazing couple several times but to date this is by far one of my favorite sessions we have shared together.

Everytime I hear from a past bride with super exciting news like a baby on the way, I have the hardest time containing my joy into a simple reply email. Which is why I was so glad that when Jamie reached out she was ready (and I was available) to shoot within a few short weeks. With barely a bump to show Jamie was radiating the tell tale glow of a baby on the way. While Josh was the lovestruck daddy to be in every image.

Ladies and Gentlemen I have a small secret for you, I am a HUGGER! in 2020 the hardest thing I have dealt with is to stop myself from hugging the people I adour the most, like Jamie and Josh! But I make sure to distance hug my amazing couples as much as possible.
