Baby Holden! Oh my! I am still gushing all over the warm baby snuggles I got to enjoy while photographing his lifestyle newborn photos. Before I get lost in all the feelings over here, I am so excited to share these images with you. Jamie & Josh opened their brand new build of a home to me one Monday afternoon for their lifestyle newborn session.

We planned this newborn session at home to welcome sweet baby Holden for so many reasons. Most importantly, it’s easy for new parents. You can get ready and stay home! It’s the one place where you have easy access to all the things you (or baby) need throughout a session instead of getting ready, carting you, baby, and all your stuff to an outdoor location where you’re praying that your cute outfit isn’t ruined by a blowout.

Baby Holden’s nautical-themed room was the perfect starting place for our session. Along with his older fur sibling, Holden loved being in front of the camera. His wide eyes and little coos just melted us all! This session is absolutely the best way to start a week in my opinion. Here are some of my favorites from Holden’s lifestyle newborn photos!
