Christmas Tree Farm Mini Sessions

These Christmas Tree Farm mini sessions are just what I needed to get me in the holiday spirit this year. With a very full wedding schedule right up to Christmas, I felt the season really crept on me fast. I didn’t anticipate the arrival as much as I normally would!

My husband and I have a special weekend reserved every year to spend time at the Christmas Tree Farm in Fluvanna, Virginia. These days are spent planning out the sessions, prepping the farm, and making these sessions the best all year.

Over the last few years, I’ve offered these Christmas Tree Farm mini sessions in Fluvanna, Virginia for a few days in November and December. However, this year I offered these sessions as independent classic Tree Farm pictures alongside other select dates for styled tree farm photos with a blue truck.

One thing about Tree Farm mini sessions that I love is the mixture of previous couples, large families, and new clients. I love seeing how my clients’ little ones have grown over the months since I last saw them. Also, I love getting the chance to meet new friends. This year, I met several adorable couples, new babies to previous wedding couples, new families, and even some adorable puppies. I love that I get to offer these holiday mini sessions on a private tree farm, so my families are able to bring all their children, even the fur children.

In fact, I had a few families plan a trip to Charlottesville, VA around their scheduled mini session. I seriously love when past clients value their previous photos enough to travel for another round of photos together.
